Individual Psychology Treatment Sessions are offered to address concerns identified during the assessment. Clients will be asked to reflect on their goals for therapy at the start of treatment. Treatment may involve strategies to examine and change any unhelpful thinking patterns, building awareness of emotional reactions, education, biofeedback, relaxation training, exposure therapy, coping skills training, and mindfulness based approaches.
